YES! Both of my boys do this. Occasionally, we get a pleasant surprise and one of them goes on the pad, but the other 99% of the time, they go under the dining room table (very appetizing when you sit down to eat - LOL!). I'm open to suggestions
I can't seem to catch them "in the act" to try to help break this habit.
