i had this issue as well. be sure to administer the topical for 3 months. that is the cycle to ensure they are no longer living anywhere and hatching in the house. i give mine a bath 5 to 7 days after applying the revolution and to my knowledge it is still affective. hope that helps. it should say on your topical instructions though exactly how long to wait mine says 72 hours i believe.
