I don't know. I felt the 11 females that she breeds says puppy mill. I could be so wrong, but letting them go at 10 weeks with 11 breeding females told me alot. I did ask for a business card and she did give me one.

went back to the festival today and stopped in the booth you are talking about. She was talking to another woman about her puppies, they are both sold and said she had phone calls from more people looking for pups, so the cycle will continue i am sure. She also told the woman that she had 13 females at home pluse the one she had there with her. I just shook my head and left. Also said she only breeds for the tiny tea cup ones gezzzz!
