oh yes they can get an upset stomach it could be from alot of things my coco got a really bad one from eating a little to many treats, if i were you i would not give him his regualar food. this is what i did for my coco when he got really sick ( my vets instructions), i had to fast him for 24 hours (this means you cannot let him eat for 24 hours), after that boil chicken and give it to him with rice, do this for 3 days. it is very important to fast him first, if you continue to feed him regular food or any food for that matter he will probably continue to throw it up (this is what happened to coco) and then they can get dehydrated very very fast. try this out and please keep us updated
