No picture attached. Also I'm a tad surprised you are only taking her to the vet "now" five wks after you got her? Usually contractual agreements state within 42-72 hrs after sale, to have your vet check your dog out. Perhaps this is a second visit to the vet?
For pics you have to make them smaller like 75 or so size.
