Merlin my little Yorkie ( a bossy one) is now up to 10.5 units of caninsulin - twice a day. He weights only about 5.5 kg, vet said there is no other infection which can affect the change in insulin level. I think that is very very high for a dog of his size.
It all started to be a pain again when he refused Chappie and the vets put him on GI low fat. Since, a nightmare.
Anyone who has a dog who is on that level of insulin twice a day, or anybody, please let me know what you think. Many thanks to all of you who read this.
