Restrict her freedom indoors while you are training. Keep her penned in a small area/room where you can supervise when possible, and clean easily in case of accidents.
Use keywords when it is potty time. Try keeping her on a leash outdoors, and when she potties, praise and then give her some freedom off-leash (if that is what she has now).
For training to come, make sure that you are asking her to come for desirable things as well as the not-so-desirable things. My Max will come, but keep a slight distance while he figures out what I want him for. So I have to trick him and call him for petting and treats, and not just grooming or whatever I want. Either way, I praise my boys like crazy every time they come when called.
