Make sure the vet the pup store made you take him to gives you all the records and send them to your vet.
I don't like to be an alarmist, glad they covered these costs but you nay be having issues down the road.
Don't sign anything until an attorney for you reviews it first may genetic issues dont show up until a dog is already 6 years old.
Start a permant file with everything now and get copies of everything.

Check local laws they have to give you full medical history actually not sure about the fee but its only $20 so its worth it by all means.
