Oh me! Is that 6 lbs this week that you've lost or a total of 6 lbs?
I really wouldn't recommend only eating 2 meals a day. It isn't healthy for your body to do that. You can eat 3 or more meals a day and if you eat the "right" foods, you can still lose weight.
Just don't cheat your body on things that it needs by your only eating twice a day.
Congratulations on the 6 lbs. loss.
