I also used Hawaiian Airlines when I brought my yorkie from Oregon to Hawaii. With winter coming be sure to check with the airlines about seasonal embargos on animal cargo. Some areas of the mainland US won't allow animals to travel as cargo during the winter months as it's too cold. Since I was traveling in the summer from Oregon to Hawaii it wasn't a problem.
