yes, she was laying next to the cash register when the woman picked her up by a handle on the back of her outfit dangeling her in mid air to show how small she was. I didn't even enter her booth.
This lady is there every year that i have been going to this festival and always has tiny dogs there.
On a good note i LOVE this festival, but it is the last one for the year which means winter is on it's way. I ate way too much food yesterday, hubby and kids want to go back on Wed. hmm i may have to knock off work and go with them lol.
