I guess I am overly concerned about the welfare of kids and animals but I have to wonder why this woman decided to add raising dogs to her money making scam? She apparently is not concerned about their welfare and dogs do make messes that need to be cleaned up. Do you think she really gets that kind of money for the pups?
There is a puppy mill about 40 or so miles from where I live. They sell pups in the classified ads, to the near by pet store at the mall and they also ship them to other states to be sold in stores. Maybe this is just one of her puppy sale outlets. It just doesn't seem like she would sell many pups at that price at a flea market where most people are looking for a good deal. |
