It's so nice to see her enjoying being home again. Mats can be so painful to a dog.
Back when I used to raise and show Himalayan cats I had to take back a cat from a woman who never combed the poor thing. He had a beautiful thick long coat that she totally neglected. It took days to get his coat fixed up from just the mats. Like you I was so happy just to have him back and be able to help him after that awful experience. He was given a home with a family member and lived a very happily ever after life. |
