And she snatched the dog up and took him inside...I feel so guilty..I shouldve done something...the poor thing was so tiny and frail. I know he wasnt hers...I feel so, so badly. Even if she is the owner, she's clearly a terrible one letting her elderly yorkie walk around right off the highway with no tags... |
It would haunt me if that had happened to me. We have neighbors that let their dogs run loose. I saw one dead on the side of the road this week, a little Chihuahua.
I see red when these things happen.
