I can't offer any advice or help but can empathise.
I used to buy that plastic hem tape you iron on and it turns to glue when ironed...or pay a neighbor to hem my pant legs (I'm short).
I pulled my grandma's old sewing machine out of a storage its super old in a wooden table type but it is electric...I'm still working on trying to figure out threading it. |
