Keep the dogs away from each other. At the very least have your yorkie spayed. She has a heart condition as it is, and I doubt her poor body can withstand the extra stress and pressure pregnancy brings. Also, think of the hardships, get visits, and yes $$ you are spending to keep your yorkie healthy. Is that something you would want others to go through? The puppies can very well inherit the condition.
