A dog with health issue already present should NEVER be bred, period.
Let alone an unhealth tested dog.
You should take her to your vet to consider the best timing for alteration considering her already presebt health condition and future health (inaltered females especially are at much higher risks for cancers and uterine infection which affects the heart directly). |
