I don't know what happened but bf found it after his dinner last night. He always chews his toys after dinner and he saw blood on his tan colored stuffed toy. It was under his tongue and very swollen, his teeth were all black from the blood. I couldn't sleep at all last night! I brought him in this AM and the vet's office said he's doing well and I can pick him up at 8 tonight. Still don't know what caused it. He just had a dental a few months ago, same vet, and they extracted three teeth.

Anybody every heard of anything like this before? We'd appreciate some well wishes. Thanks everyone.

ETA: they had to sedate him to drain the blood blister or what ever it was and I guess stitch him back up or remove it. I will get more answers tonight when I get to talk to the vet and not just the techs.
