what type of food are you feeding them, it could stem from that. I agree with Nancy that smells are an important thing to keep an eye on.
Some foods have yeast in them that don't always agree with a dogs chemistry.
other than being a wee bit of a stinker, is your dog healthy, pooping well, no vomiting and eating and drinking regularly?
