When it gets closer to the time for the puppies to come, ahead of time put your snacks in snack size baggies and have plenty of bottles of water on hand. Then, when you get hungry, just grab a baggie and take small bites and eat verrrrrryyyyyyy slowwwwwww! Chew each bite a longgg time!

Try to think positive because you are doing so well. Don't think negative about the whelping time. Try to stay positive.

I'm so proud of you. You're doing great!
