Libby's thundershirt doesn't seem to work too well any more either. I still put it on her during a thunderstorm and then spray some comfort zone, and she lays down and goes to sleep! I am sold on that stuff. We took a road trip a while ago and I sprayed in the car before we left. Maddie, who is normally a nervous wreck on out of town car rides, was as calm as a cucumber! Libby was still a bit anxious, but much less than the norm.
All my dogs shake so bad when I take them to the vet. The last time I took Maddie in, I sprayed some on my shirt and then held her at the vet. She still wasn't happy to be there, but much calmer than the norm.
