That's what my Yorkies do when reverse sneezing - the stiff posture, etc. But thankfully - even after numerous vet visits to 3 different vets with Jilly for it - it was eventually decided it was from her GI problems that kept her trachea tender from some reflux when her tummy was so irritated and not CT at all. Same with Tibbe - said to be tracheal tenderness by his 2 reg. vets & his ER vets. He was treated with Pepcid during a recent GI upset and when the GI troubles and being sick were over, so was the RS. But if he gets really scared or upset, he can RS even when his tummy is fine.
