I would ask the breeder also for the parents medical history too, only because chocolate Yorkies are a recessive gene and you just want to make sure their are no health issues attached.

Thanks for suggesting this; I had never heard of chocolate yorkies before. I saw baby photos of her and she was darker, more black/ tan but her fur is turning more red/ brown. Looks like I have lots of reading to do. The little bit that I have read so far says that their nose and pads are tan but her nose and pads are black. Strange.
