In conclusion, for my final circus act, I would add, puppy mills do NOT exist because knowledgable people "can not get their point across" to people that are not interested in listening. They exist because uninformed people continue to look for and purchase puppies from them. Educated, well meaning people can only share experiences and knowledge with people that are not aware of red flags and danger signs when they crawl over them to get to a cheap puppy.
