My neighbor had a similar problem, her Westie, barked constantly specially when my silky pack was out in the yard, even tho we have a wood fence between us, my son recomended a citronella spray collar, for when he was in the yard, she said that the collar spray Rufus twice, and he stop barking, she still puts the collar on him when he goes out on walks and in the yard, but is EMPTY, LOL , he learned right away that is a smelly concecuence is he barks, she gave my son a nice bottle of his favorite wine, she said that he's been barking like that since he was a a year old and drove her crazy..LOL I know the collars are a bit expensive but worth every penny. And they are more humane that the shocking ones.
