OP....I think your question has been answered a couple of times in the above posts. You can use the information that was given to you on this thread by experienced yorkie owners and breeders or you can ignore it. The choice is yours. If I were you, I would heed the warning about this breeder. The puppy may only cost you $250 but you could end up spending thousands in vet bills if this puppy is not healthy or has genetic issues. As one poster said, you get what you pay for. Good luck to you.
