What do you think of them?
I'm not looking for answers like ''Don't use them they hurt the dog'' or anything like that, this is a last effort for a dog I know of, this is NOT for my dog.

Those who have used these kind of collars, with either shock or an anoying sound, how did they work?
Did they maby just make the dog scared or what?

This dog I'm talking about he barks constantly outside the house, because of nothing, he has gone to the vet, nothing is wrong with him, everything has been tried when it comes to training about the barking, nothing seems to work.
