I think it would be safe to say at 10 months that yorkie is pretty much grown. Usually they are 90% done growing at 8 months. Is there any problems with the yorkie as to why they want to get rid of it? Do you know much about the personality and everything else to make sure it will fit in with yours? If not check some things out first, as not all yorkies get along. Some could be alpha females which in some cases could be bad.
