I know nothing about Quinoa but I have fed Rosie the brown rice. She has IBS and Dr. Remillard helped prepare her recipe. And it did have brown rice which Rosie was able to handle very well. I am not using it any longer but only because Rosie prefers the Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash over everything else.
