I worked in a Family Medicine clinic for many years and saw some of the saddest cases of neglect and poor parenting that went through all income levels. It's sad enough to see these people with human children. Pets don't stand a chance. |
And they keep having them!!!
We have families on Medicaid, food stamps, no car, no job amd about to be evicted with all sorts of issues with 5 or 6 kids and pregnant with another!!!
