 Update
Well we're back home. Giorgios ultrasound was normal, his blood work is all in range now. They have to call me back about a test they are running on his adrenal glands because they looked kinda small. They put him on Pepcid because she wants to see if what we are dealing with is gastric or possibly Addison' disease. I have to cancel his dental at Banfield on Friday.
When I say he's home fed, it means I cook his food. I use free fed chicken, angus beef, rice, beans,broccoli and supplements. He also takes a multivitamin daily. When he was on commercial food he had elevated liver and kidney counts. 6 months of home cooking and milk thistle, his numbers are all in range. |
