When I was 16, a small dog ran out in front of me. thre was nothing I could do. I slammed my breaks, but hit it anywway. I watched it run into a neighborhood yelping. Unfortunately, I was in mild shock. When I shook it off, I drove into the neighborhood looking for it but I never found it. I attribute it to the fact that I sat in shock in my car for too long. I still feel terrible about it.

A few months ago, I watched two young deer run through a busy intersection. A car slammed into both of them. I can still hear the cracking sound in my head. I watched the deer stumble out of the road. They obviously had broken bones. I called the police, but again, there was nothing I could really do. It bothers me to this day. The worst part, is the person who hit them, kept driving. He didnt even slow down
