Default Lacey Important Information

Lacey was misidentified, her microchip was not scanned...the deceased was NOT our dog...Lacey has been located, she was taken by a police officer who knew it better to take her to the SPCA...they did scan her chip, they did take care of our little girl, it was quite the scene when I told my ex, and an even bigger scene when we were all reunited...while we are overjoyed at her return we are scarred for life over the misinformation we were given...it was a horrible weekend, made worse by horrible news...and then the shock of the truth...we are humbled, shocked and completely overwhelmed and mentally and emotionally exhausted....thank you all for your good wishes..

Please, on top of being careful with your pup to make sure they don't get out...please always verify IF you are given bad news...in person...no matter how bad it is...and for goodness sakes make sure you microchip your pup...in 16.5 years we never had this problem and then...the rest is history...

I'm going to have a good cry and lay down...
