 Looking for a GREAT vet in the North Ft Worth / Keller Area
Can someone please recommend a good vet in the Keller, TX area? I took my dog to Alliance Animal Hospital for boarding over the weekend and they required an exam. So, when I go to pick him up, they have me pay the bill and hand me Tooty (8 yr old male yorkie) with a bag of treats and the paperwork. When I get home, I start looking over the exam results and see that the vet has written in big letters: SEVERE PERIDONTAL DISEASE and then advises a cleaning and antibiotics. I am shocked that the vet did not want toi speak to me while I was there and also that the vet tech didn't even mention it. This makes me feel very UNEASY about using them for this procedure. Can anyone please recommend the best vet for Yorkies and anesthesia? I am just devastated over all this! This is the first time the vet has ever mentioned this and I get to find out by reading the bill! :-( |
