I'm not sure why he said to give her benadryl?? Benadryl is not for fever!! I would let 24 hours go by and if she doesn't seem to improve a lot, I would take her back to the Vet. Furbabies that small should not be given two vaccinations at one time. At least that is my opinion. I'm sure she willl be fine later on today, though
