I have a service dog. From time to time I have been asked to leave because of her, even when I presented her credentials. Usually, I just make a note to myself that I will not spend money in that place in the future and leave. I do later sent information regarding service animal and ADA laws to the establishments manager.

The only place I really challenged the rejection was at the post office where they pointed to the sign that said "seeing eye dogs only". My dog is a hearing dog. I did sic the ADA on them and within in weeks you could see the spot on the wall where the "seeing eye dogs only" sign had been ripped off. When I asked about it they apologized and told me they did not understand the ADA law.
