The whole insurance thing is a crap- shoot, and you never really know what you have until you need it -- that being said after researching the policies I went with Healthy Paws for Cali. $35 a month. She is 4 years old. I understand from other that a $5 a month increase each year is the norm. I also keep a saving account that I add to each month for " just in case" stuff.

Healthy Paws assured me that if something happens to me that her guardian could continue with the insurance - some other insurance companies told me the "new owner" would need to re-apply and that pre- existing issues may come into play. Just something you might want to think a out.
