We have them down here, too! Its harvest time for peanuts and some soy beans, and those nasty things seem to love them! We have 40 acres, and rent to a young farmer about 25 acres. He planted peanuts this year, and started the harvest process a few days ago. That same night, when I let the boys out, the scent of Eau de Stinkbug was overwhelming! Never noticed them being so bad in the past, and even the Boys were NOT liking it!
I know next week when he finishes harvesting, the reek will be back and I'm not real happy. It will be the first time this season we can turn off the AC and open the windows for the cooler air, but not if it stinks!
