I caution all my family members against taking the flu vaccine too. Of course, it solidified my argument when a long time family friend last year came down with Guillian-Barre Syndrome and died 2 weeks later.......

This is the same reasoning I flipped out iver the Health Department showing up at my children's school to give free nasal vacs for the new flu...saying it was totally safe-it had been "invented" the month before and later they admitted they were giving it free as a study.
