I'm sorry Milo wet his onesie but I just had Mandie spayed yesterday also and after all the advice here and from my vet...it really is the way to go over the cone.
I agree with the meds for a calming affect. The meds my vet gave Mandie is only 1/2 pill once a day according to the instructions. However, it has kept her pretty mellow. Otherwise I think she would be trying to play with big brother.
If the site is red, it is probably from him licking but definitely call the vet and let them know.
