We went to an ER vet and try said he had a bad reaction to the enema since he was so uncomfortable but that the blood spotting was normal because of the trauma :/ he was sedated and kept for observation, he is finally home an acting muchhh better, just very lethargic but the vet Said it's normal after so much anal trauma :/

Both vets also told me that to prevent this I need to add more fiber to his diet so we will its just so hard because he is such a picky eater! So we will try sprinkling some benefiber in his food if all else fails :/
