Sorry you had such a scare, but thank goodness everyone made it okay, whew!
From what I've read, it might take a little while for a section momma to get maternal, I think they get confused, all of a sudden they have puppies
I think the labor process helps them to really know what's up and that those are her babies. I've read to just keep them nursing, potty them if she's not doing it, and be patient. She will come around. I'm no breeder, just read alot
