I do and I love it! Sometime in my 40's I started getting what I thought were really bad colds, they would turn into bronchitis and even pneumonia, I was often sick for months. Turns out these weren't colds, they were the flu, I guess I thought flu involved the stomach not the lungs. If your “cold” involves achy bones, it’s the flu. Anyway, since I've been getting them, I haven't had the flu and now I can plan Thanksgiving and Christmas without worrying about being sick for them. My advice is don’t get them if you don’t ever get the flu, skip the shots, but remember as you get older your immune system isn’t as strong. For me, it's been a real godsend.
