If it was me, I would sweetly tell her, "no thanks....What you did to me was a "Bait and switch" type thing, and at the very least, it is unethical, at worse, illegal in some States. You keep going up on her price...you need to decide what you intend to ask for the dog and set your price and stop jacking the price up when you have a buyer." (I would give what they did to you a name...call it like it is...)
