I got the flu shot several years ago, and I was sicker that season than I ever was, so I have not gotten one since. I'm sure it's improved since then though. They had on our news that there is a big push for EVERYONE to get a flu shot, and sure enough my dr asked me if I wanted one the last time I was there. I declined. Is it shingles they're also pushing vaccinations for? And now with this steroid shot that was tainted with meninigitis? It's just scary to me. I support it for the people who need it for health issues, but for now, I'm passing.
