I live in an apartment and Troy is outdoor trained. It took forever for us to potty train. Consistency is key with whatever method you choose. I also learned that with Troy, puppy pads only worked as a puppy. Litter box attempt, he didn't like it. CRATE TRAINING is what worked for us and he actually prefers to go outside.
