Do they do titers for lyme? Vaccine reactions are scary!

Lymes vaccination in pets has been shown to have side efffects including those that can be fatal that have been associated with a clinical infection of the disease.

Pepper had a terrible reaction (3 days after) to his 3rd puppy vaccination: seizures, induced coma, the works... we nearly lost him. Not to mention the cost in monetary terms. Since then, Pepper has only had one more vaccination: Parvo. And only, because there were several cases in our suburb and his Titre tests indicated lack of protection. It took quite a while, though, to find a vet who would get a mono dose vaccine, as most only offer combo vaccines. Anyway, before any repeats there will be Titre test again.

Glad to hear, your baby was ok!
