I am not a vet or anything, but from my understanding, any time there is a tummy/intestinal issue, the tissues can get traumatized and bleed a little. Definitely let the vet know about it, but if it's just a tiny amount it's probably normal.

Did the vet have any suggestions on preventing this from happening again, such as diet change or some kind of supplement (fiber, coconut oil, etc.)?
