We've moved twice within the last year and also a new family member who she is not fond of has moved in with us (2 year old granddaughter). Can stress cause hair loss? I'm going to check her treats for glycerin also. Thanks so much for this find!
Where on her body is her hair thin? If it's on her paws, that would seem normal if she's been chewing them. However, if it's on her back/torso or on the shafts of her legs (where she doesn't lick/chew), then you should really get a thyroid test ASAP...and, check out symptoms for Cushings, just to review them and see if they fit.

How old is she? Any other odd/random symptoms like excessive peeing/drinking, increased hunger, pot belly, lethargy, heat intolerance, hind leg weakness...anything?
