Stroke??? Can a yorkie have a stroke? What would it look like?
Around 5:30 pm last night, my girls were chasing squirrels outside. Tia was following me in and out of the house while chasing. (I always keep an eye on them and the weather.) Ally, on the other hand, would not leave those critters...even at dinner time. We all came inside to eat and after Ally ate, she went to the sliding glass door to continue her 'watch'. lol I noticed that her back right leg was up, like her nail was caught in her hair. I checked it and it was neither caught or sore. I put her down and her front right paw was up. I checked it too. Nothing, but she was shivering very slightly...not like she was hurt or cold...maybe like she was a little anxious...and who wouldn't be with those squirrels trespassing in her yard! I picked her up because it freaked me out a little and she seemed ok. She focused on me...and my french fries...as usual. After eating a fry, I put her down and she stood on all four again. What could it have been? She was not overheated and her paws were not sore, like she stepped on something. |
